Moby Dick in Pictures by
Matt Kish has set out to be an instant classic. The assortment of drawings not
only appeals to all tastes and ages but breathes in a fresh new life to a
classic novel. Moby Dick in Pictures took eighteen months to produce using various
styles of artwork. With pages torn from old literature, ball point pens,
crayons, markers, paint, ink and watercolor, Mr. Kish has created a masterpiece
that would do the legacy of Herman Melville proud.
A trailer for the novel can be found in the Tin House
Publishing’s blog.
